The Care Van has partnered with Jefferson County Public Health and YourBestShotMT to offer two COVID-19 vaccination clinics. At-home COVID-19 test kids will also be available while supplies last.

Ages 5 and up are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Moderna vaccine will also be available for first, second, or booster doses for those 18 and older.
